How to Start Amazon Onboarding at Clickstera

Steps to Provide Amazon Marketing Services Account Access:

  1. Log in to your Amazon Advertising (AMS) account.
  2. Go to Settings > User Permissions.
  3. Enter the following details to add a new user:
     - Name: Clickstera (Clickstera Solutions LLC)
     - Email: admin@clickstera.com
     - Access Level: Editor
  4. Click Invite. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Amazon once the invitation is sent.

 Steps to Set Access Levels:

Advertising Access

  • View & Edit: Campaign Manager, Posts
  • View Only: A+ Content Manager, Coupons, Deals, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Promotions

Inventory Access

  • View & Edit: Inventory Planning, Inventory Performance, Manage FBA Inventory, Manage Inventory

Media Upload

  • View & Edit: Image Uploading

Reports Access

  • View & Edit: Brand Catalog Manager, Business Reports, Sales Summary
  • View Only: Brand Dashboard, Growth Opportunities, Product Ads Performance Reports, Promotions Performance

Brand Analytics Access

  • View Only: Brand Analytics

Store Design Access

  • View & Edit: Storefront Names, Stores Builder, Your Info & Policies
