Challenges

Before engaging with us, Maximum Slim faced critical hurdles:

  • Negative RoAS: Advertising Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) was at a concerning $0.87, indicating significant inefficiencies in ad spend.
  • Poor Listing Quality: Suboptimal product listings hindered organic visibility and conversions.

Our Strategy & Approach

To tackle these challenges, we developed a phased, results-driven approach:

  1. Stabilizing Advertising Performance: Focused on optimizing existing ad campaigns, gradually bringing RoAS above $1.00.
  2. Aggressive Campaign Launches: Introduced new targeted campaigns for their flagship products, particularly the Weight Loss Coffee and Cocoa lines, driving higher visibility and recognition.
  3. Market Expansion: Successfully launched Maximum Slim in the Canada market in November 2023, achieving rapid sales growth with strong advertising performance.
  4. Improving Listing Quality: Enhanced product listings with optimized titles, bullet points, images, and A+ content to boost organic rankings and conversions.
  5. Building a Partnership: Maintained regular communication with Carlton and his team, fostering a collaborative relationship that ensured alignment with business goals.

Results

  • Amazon US Performance:
    • Monthly sales grew from $27K to $60K.
    • Advertising RoAS improved from $0.87 to $2.12.
  • Amazon Canada Expansion:
    • Launched in November 2023 with first-month sales of $37K.
    • Current monthly sales have stabilized at $59K with a RoAS of $2.28.
